Scrapbook Boutique Blog Hop and Challenge
Hi there everyone! It's great to be back with a brand-new look Blog Hop inspiration here at Scrapbook Boutique. The mood board gives such a scope to work with and this first one for the year is a stunner!
Think love, luxury, and lots of shiny gold!
We'd love you to be inspired by this mood board, and share your creations with us, and so enter the challenge to win a prize!
There are two ways you can participate in this challenge: you can comment on each blog, ending with the SBB blog, or you can create a project (either a card, scrapbook layout or off the page project) inspired by this mood board. Of course you can do both for a chance to win both prizes! Please check out the rules of entry, and the prizes at the Scrapbook Boutique Blog. A big welcome to our New Zealand friends, as they are now invited to join in our monthly challenges!
You should have arrived here from Angela's inspiring blog.
Being so close to Valentine's Day, I went with the red and gold love theme for my card.
I have used the Altenew stamp set: Peony Scrolls, heat embossing various images from the set in white on vellum and colouring them with grey Prisma pencils on the underside, to achieve a very soft and subtle backdrop.
The red felt roses are made using the MFT mini rolled roses dies.
Love the shine of the gold strip , sentiment by Cheery Lyn and the Memory Box Verona Flourish die!
From here you should hop over to visit lovely Linda's blog!
Thanks for visiting and happy crafting!
