Wise bird
It's Lucky Dip week at Less is More this week, and the challenge is to paper piece. The DTs had some fun inspiration again this week, but I have chosen to use one of my new stamps from Tim Holtz Crazy Birds.
The sentiment is from another owl stamp, by Unity, and the papers were from a 6" x6'" pad from my stash. I used Glossy Accents over his eyes and beak. I think this will make a good masculine birthday card:)

Fabulous card. I just love that bird and how he looks paper pieced.
ReplyDeleteGreat card - perfect for a male birthday. I like the sentiment.
ReplyDeleteWOW! Just perfect Ann! Love the paper piecing and super duper sentiment. Great work and thanks so much for playing along this week!

Doesn't he look so happy sitting there, reminds me that I need to get this stamp set out again, problem at the moment is my definite lack of time... Do you have the matching dies? I haven't invested but would love to lol.
ReplyDeleteNo Therese, I don't own the dies yet either - sometimes it seems easy to cut out and other times I yearn for the die! Generally, I feel money saved on dies can be spent on (yet) another stamp!
DeleteWhat a great card Ann, I do love these stamps and this is a fab masculine card!
