Geometric
Back to join the Less is More challenge #329 - and it is Geometric.
For my card, I have used the ink splats from Stampin' Up! Gorgeous Grunge, and the geometric element is provided by Winnie and Walter stamp called V for Chevron.
Additionally, I tried the foiling technique using a Quickie Glue Pen, and for a first try, I guess it's not too bad! I have pre-ordered the Couture Creations Hot Foil machine - back in January - but am still waiting for it to arrive, so when I saw Lindsay Weirich demonstrate the use of the glue pen to achieve a foiled look, I thought I'd give it a try. Definitely not an exact science (for me) so not something I'll do often, but the glimmer is a nice touch - and does accentuate the geometry at play here.
The inks I used are all Distress Oxides - they stamp beautifully!

Ooooh, Ann, this is rather fabulous! Loving the bold pops of colour against the classy gold foiling. It's a gorgeous effect and a super entry to our geometric challenge. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)
